The Priory is a handsome 18th Century guest house ideally situated in the top market square, directly opposite Middleham Castle with a coaching arch giving guests access to the rear courtyard parking area and secluded garden.

This lovely house retains many of its original features and has eight guest rooms, all of which lead onto the spectacular Georgian staircase.  The sitting room is very spacious with an interesting focal point in the huge stone fireplace, the mantel stones having once been an original part of Middleham Castle !   The dining room is also spacious and has a window onto the cobbled market place where each morning you can see racehorses passing by.
